After a business school and 9 years in the financial industry, working with banks in Paris and London, I was contemplating a change in career
It’s then all settled, in 2015, I joined the French school of culinary Arts and management “Le Cordon Bleu”, to finally accomplish my dream, learn amongst the bests, and in London, where I live….
I graduated in June 2016, becoming officially a pastry Chef, and decided to create Stef le Chef Ltd.
And there it begins … it’s all about one pastry, one product, that is developed as a « sweet » pastry but also as a « savoury » one to surprise you, and prove that you can eat a sweet pastry and also a savoury pastry.
The Madeleine is a famous French pastry, that reminds me of my childhood in France, because it was the kind of treat one would have in the afternoon, on your way back home from school with a tea or a hot chocolate.
And why not change our habits? When I was a child I was never doing the things as they were supposed to be done…
I want you to be tempted to eat them with a cup of tea, obviously because they taaaaaste sooo good with it, and we always want to indulge ourselves with a little sweet treat, but why not having it as an appetizer with a nice glass of wine? 🙂
